Every trip I've taken to Vegas has been unique and fun. This one was no different.The Venetian was our dwelling and, aside from a little mishap on their part with the reservation, it was as nice as people told us. Lush accomodations, fabulous poolside lounging, etc.
We arrived, did some shopping for 'supplies,' and began to get ready for our first night out - to Prive' in Planet Hollywood.
Inside the club we drank, danced, and sass-ed our way through the night, mostly from the privacy of our table area, but also on the main dance floor. Around 2:30 (yes, that's AM, folks), Mickey Avalon came on and did an impromptu performance - which was really fun(ny). We stayed until 4:00ish and then made our way back to the hotel to rest our heads.
The next day we laid by the pool until it was time to walk around and window shop, gamble a little, etc.
Finally, it was time to get ready for night 2 - Dinner at First with a couple 'star' citings, and Thunder from Down Under. And, believe me, those Aussies did NOT disappoint.
So, yes, it was a great trip for a great reason - Congratulations, again, Ash! You and Leo deserve nothing but the best!
